I gave them my card # to reserve the room and then changed my mind during the phone call. The person got angry because we canceled and charged us anyway. It took like 4 months to get my money back. They allowed this behavior from an employee. Zero stars
1 star there beds are very uncomfortable most of them look like they have been holding bowling balls on them and are sloped into the middle. The rooms kinda stink they don't have a fresh smell to them. If you have to go to one the littler casino's to stay I would go to the The Golden Nugget before there. But if you can try Montego Bay or Rainbow or the peppermill.
I agree go to the montego bay it is a lot better
2 star- montego is s much better place to stay if u want nice clean rooms. Red garter prob has the worst rooms in all of wendover
They are tiny!
My room wasn't as bad as the other reviewer indicated. It wasn't "omg amazing" but it was ok for the night. I'd compare it to a Motel 6.
I would give tjem 3.5 stars was there last week and had no issues.
The rooms are updated now and i think they're more comfortable. I'd give it a 3
