They have a lunch special for everyday of the week but you can order whichever one you want for any day of the week...pretty cool actually!!!
Call them and ask. I don't work there. There quality engineer food is up and down. The last we went and remembered the food from the last time we was there and we went to Laluna in West Jordan and enjoyed the food.
