Varies on the apartment, floor, availability, etc, but we pay about $1300 for the mid-tier 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. Including water and satellite / internet.
I pay $1219 a month for a one bedroom. Than I have to pay almost $300 more a month in fees so the total a month is over $1500.
