Yes,its called the Clarion river.if you fall out of your tube. Stand up.theres some places that are way deeper. Playing it safe with none swimmers.have them put on a life jacket.

Yes you can go over to cooks forest and rent tube get dropped off and float down I would think if you had your own tube or ? You could get in river at campground but would have to get back somehow

The Clarion River you can tube down. You will need to go to cook's forest to a rental pace and get dropped off.

It is on the Clarion River, but I stayed in late October, and it snowed while I was there so no one was on the river at the time, but I don't know why you couldn't. You might call them and inquire.
