Go to customer service desk They'll issue a photo id and explain the membership options.you don't need a membership to use their pharmacy.
Just pay at the customer service desk. I believe the memberships are somewhere between $60 & $120. Spendy lest you buy in bulk. Otherwise hard to live without. Good luck. Updated 12-10-2018
There's a minimum $50 membership fee. Walk into any Costco and tell them you want to become a member. They will direct you to the right place in store.

Just go and pay the membership fee, there are three choices, but I think if you don't have a business, then you have 2 memberships to choose from
The only requirement for a membership is just to pay for the membership you want. There are a few different membership plans you can pick.
