Absolute Trash. I wish I could give negative stars. Was given a room with someone IN IT!! Such a creepy experience. They seemed genuinely confused and had no idea who the guest even was? The second room they gave us just smelled so strongly of dog or cat pee it was actually hard to be inside the room for more than a minute. I asked for a refund and it’s been 5 days and after pending the charge just went through my credit card so CLEARLY they did not refund me. On the phone they are now saying it will be 3-5 business day but it already has been? Incredibly frustrating and terrible experience. The young women who helped me on the phone however when I called just now was quite nice, and clearly this issue was not her fault. The owners need to take more care.

Yakima is a rapidly growing City that has its up and downs, however this hotel is located right off the interstate at the union Gap exit directly across from the mall and good restaurants all in walking distance at Denny's is less than 500 ft away. They have an indoor pool that is sure to keep the kids busy as you rest and relax in a very cozy and comfortable room. The internet it's very good good connection speed for downloads of movies we're streaming music.

Rooms are clean and adequate. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel. The breakfast isn’t worth it and the coffee is quite awful. For the price, it was just what we needed for multiple nights. We did have issues with our room keys not working on the outside entrance and our room door but the issue was quickly resolved. Staff was friendly.

The room was acceptable. There was a refrigerator in it.. Nothing really spectacular about the room. A note telling customers to hang up their towels and use them again I thought was a bit out by of line. The same note said not to make the bed they would do it . Well that did not happen. I spent 3 days there and received no services period. I had to take my towels to the front desk and ask for clean ones. I was also charged a $50 deposit because I have a driver's license that is not local.altho I did get it back. The only reason I stayed there was due to the fact it is next door to Denny's.
