I asked the front service desk about what they were wipng the menus down with because I watched them wipe at least 20 menus. I also watched the same thing last week. She showed me a small pail in the end of desk with a liquid mix in it. , but they werent redipping rag and putting it back in pail between cleaning. Just laying in on counter until next load of menus.
