I have been waiting on my refund for 15 months. I would say the first few months which started in May 2020 the owner was responsive. Agreed to give me a full refund and I agreed to receiving payments periodically. I am still owed several thousand dollars and the last payment I received was January 2021. From January I heard from them once in May after messaging a couple times over that span of 4 months only to be told to wait which I have. From May 2021 to August 2021 I have sent several messages to get updated on an expected timeline I am to wait to get this issue resolved and have had zero correspondence just my messages read. I thought this issue could be handled amicably, however I am starting to believe that is not the case. I have attached a screenshot of my messages to prove the lack of correspondence. I hope someone from Stonebridge actually reads these comments and gets back to me.

From the time we saw this beautiful venue and decided that it was THE place just over a year ago, we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The owner made sure my daughter had her fairy tale wedding. Her entire weekend went off without a hitch. She was quick to respond to any of my daughter's questions throughout our planning process. Her staff during the weekend were so professional and ready to help with anything we needed. We honestly didn't know she was unable to be there herself due to a family obligation. They were courteous, polite and eager to help. All of our guests were astounded at how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything ran. I give Stonebridge 10 out of 5 stars.

I'm a local dj so I've been to all of the venues around the area. Hands down, Stonebridge is my favorite venue to work at. It's beautiful, the amenities provided for the bridal party are awesome, and the owners and staff are very easy to work with. You can't go wrong booking this place for your big day.

This place is terrible. The staff is absolutely not helpful and pretty nonexistent. They refused to set chairs out for our wedding because the rain was sprinkling and made us set up 150 seats ourselves. They promised so many things, like a golf cart escort for our elderly guests. It was completely dark after the wedding and no one could see a thing since they had no lights at all. I’ve read a few five star reviews for this place and I have to say something has to be off.
