Do we reserve an outside booth ahead of time or just show up? If we just show up, what would be the recommended time to show up to set up prior to opening time?

There is no reservations just show up and pick your lot it is $12 for 1 space or $20 for 2 if you want a good spot get there before 8am

Lori, the spots are first come first serve. And people start getting there as early as 5:30 or 6 a.m. pick a spot you like pay when they come around the collect. Spots are like $12/each parking spot.

No you just show up. There is no set time they open. So show up as early as you can so you have a pick of spots. People will be there early to buy stuff as well as later. The earlier you get there the sooner you can get out of there. So I have got there as early as 6:00am and leave by noon.
