Has anyone at this restaurant been waiting outside to be served and the employees has served everyone in the drive thru when they were not even packed and you had to wait outside for them to come to the window to take your order for 20 minutes or mor

Never walked up to the window everytime we have visited that location its been through the drive thru

Service there is not as good as at some of the other Rally's and the store doesn't look very good.. But I never seen any extreme wait times here

Well it does happen.

No at all. I live right down the road and I go there quite often and yet to have a bad experience. I'm sure it wasn't purposeful.
