Horrible hotel. Multiple safety and building hazards black mold in rooms power plugs in the rooms are not supplying proper power or do not even work they need to shut this place down

This is the worse hotel you can ever go to. Ceiling is falling off, lights don't even work, and not to mention my mom couldn't even get into the room because her card wasn't working. She called the manager and the manager told her she can check out and not recieve a refund. Told her she didn't know what she wanted her to do when all of her belongings were in there. This place WILL be shut down. It is so disgusting and such a hazard to anyone that stays there.
