You would have to call and make sure everything is ready. And the burgers at the restaurant in the hotel are awesome. Breakfast you are going to have to pay for $10 if I am not mistaken.
I'm not sure. Call and see. If your room has been cleaned I don't see why not. They do have a hotel bar you could wait at.
