Went there to buy flowers on my daughters bday. They had a total of 5 bouquets to pick from So I asked if they had ne more flowers in a cooler. The lady said yes. May I see them I replied she said they're in the back in the employees area like are these flowers top secret flowers or something. I replied with well every other flower shop around allows you to go into the cooler. The lady replied well those 5 in the front cooler are all you can choose from. Mind you the cheapest was 25 for a rose with greenery and a mum. Like no ill pick my own flowers out for my bouquet. I wouldn't waste my time from the reviews they just send an automated message without ever rectifying the situation or actually changing their procedures to accommodate the customer. Go to Country Flowers in Hartville. When you ask to see the flowers in the cooler you won't be looked at like you're dumb. The gentleman will escort you downstairs into what I would believe is the "employee area" . Cuz he wants to sell his flowers.
