Yes very bad staff need more professional training. I had 3 different occasions that had me very disappointed even to where I left that location and drove to the sinking spring location. Needs new management as well. Good product just bad service.
Their staff has been like a revolving door. Poor training, poor management and horrible treatment of current and former employees. The owner fails to stay late, or during rush hour events, leaving them to fend for themselves and no help during a problem. The product is ok, however right down the road, there is a better place, just after new Holland rd on the right.

@rachellechipperfield, I had this same problem. So, you avoid all that I started using the App. This way I know when I get there (20 min drive from my home) that I'm not going to have to wait for ANY reason. The app is fully functional and you can even add toppings, request thin crust, or just the regular pan pizza and without extra fees. I would recommend the App for any mum/dad that's got a full schedule or just likes to pick up and go. Many of these pizza places are run by teenagers, college students,and without much supervision. I've gone before and had to wait an extra 15 min ontop of the 20 I already wait because the gyal didn't know how to reload the paper feed and when I requested my money back the super that was on denied me a refund and told me to just WAIT. So many bad experiences with this chain.
