Do not go here if you want good service,and a trustworthy clean cooking services. There was mold in the bathrooms. The two gentlemen behind the counter were disrespectful and rude for no reason whatsoever. The pizza isn't worth all the hype. Flavorless,dry, and bland not worth getting sick over for sure! There was crystalized urine on the women's toilet seat. Disgusting place. Needs a health inspection.

The older gentleman is somewhat rude & standoffish. They appear to favor regulars which is what you should try to gain as many as you can. Our white 🍕 & cheesesteak was just ok...I've had better & worse. The prices charged were like $3-4 more than listed on the menu. But that's life!

Best Italian in Berks. These guys feel like family. The food is good and it’s made by people with good hearts. Good is always top notch, always more than enough and the prices are good. Giovanna’s is my home town Italian restaurant for life. Thanks guys for always being good to me.
