I do not believe you can place a pick up order. I have never waited a long time.
How big is your order? They dont take preorders for a couple combos, typically smallest orders taken over the phone are their tailgate packs. 25pc+
It's generally really fast, unless you're catering I don't think you can place a pick up order.
It is a fast food restaurant, no need for a call ahead!
