This is the best DMV agency I've been to. The lines are sometimes long but usually move along well due to the positive attitude and efficiency of the staff. Whenever anyone complains about a DMV I always bring up this place. A special shout out for Mike. He might be the supervisor. He is always professional, calm, pleasant, and knowledgeable about everything! He's just great! I never dread going to my DMV.

This is a nice location that has some really nice employees. Paula is my favorite. She is professional, kind and gets you in and out fast. I go here for everything and this time it only took 30min to get my tags renewed despite there being a lot of people there. They usually have about 7 registers open so you don’t have to wait too long.

Stopped in a week ago to transfer dirtbike titles, was told by Mike the manager just to come to the window and grab them the following week when they are in. Showed up, went to window, Mike said check in and get in line. Game dealt with arrogant people before, but wow. I understand he needs to hand a thick skin and deals with many issues, but he is not the only one. Be a better person Mike.

I used to really like this location…until today. Checked in online, came in and got in line. Waited for 25 minutes and they skipped my number. I let them know and the owner rudely asked me to step aside…I let him know that I hadn’t received any text after he asked for my text several times. I let him know that I checked in online and he asked if I also checked in at the kiosk. Ummm no, I register online. I asked if someone could just help me as clearly I was in line and had done the online process. He told me that’s what he was doing, loudly…sir I am six months pregnant and all. I get to the kiosk and check in and they made me wait as if I had just arrived. I’m sure the owner could care less about me, or my experience, however I definitely will not be back.

To Ms. Hutcheson- what is your deal? Technically, it IS "I.D." for "Identification Card". It's just publically, & for most intents & purposes, written as "ID". Regardless, your answer did absolutely nothing to assist the person asking. All it did was waste all of our times, and no doubt piss off a large number of people. What is it today where people just need to be a-holes? Where people will go as far as you just did to be jerks and negative and belittle others so that they themselves can believe that it makes them look better? I don't mean this in a rude way whatsoever when I say this but...I'm pretty sure you've got more than one screw loose & you should try smiling a little more often. Who CARES if they wrote it "wrong"? It's annoying when people don't use proper grammar, etc, but don't you have better to do than troll online & being rude to someone for no reason? I may seem hypocritical but I'm disgusted and you're simply a bully. It would have been just as easy to say it nicely!
Love this place. Even if they are very busy they stay pleasant and they keep the lines moving.
