My question is do you guys train your employees on customer service??? Or at least how to answer the phone? I literally just called like 4 times and no ones answering. The other day I was put on hold TWICE and they never came back to the phone

Im sure everyone is trained to use the phone. I mean, most people have phones glued to their hands. If you've ever worked retail or customer service, you'd understand that the phone is last priority over the customer in front of you during a rush. And when your crazy busy, the person on hold may be forgotten. Want help faster? Go and speak to them in store, im sure you wont be left on hold then.
