Well behaved, quiet, and attentively moderated kids are welcome. It is not a day care.
Welcome yes. But they ask to not let them run around parentless or unsupervised. They have games for everyone. Sharing is caring :) they also have sodas and yummy food for everyone

Depends on the age! Toddlers and babies are too young for here in my opinion.
