The management there are mean to the long term renters

There is an age restriction on RV's for month to month tenants. (They MAY make an exception if you have an older rig that is in "like new" condition.) They WILL NOT allow tarps of any kind, and they do check registration & insurance. If you're just looking for daily or weekly, though, I don't think there's an age limit restriction. Just make sure your rig looks tight. (We've stayed here several times over the past few years.)

I have been here 3 years now when i moved in there was not but I'm not sure now. Would have to call And find out sorry I'm not much help at this point.
