Can you bring cats to mall to give away?

The group FOCCAS is in the Mall on Saturdays until 4pm.. You may be able to surrender your cat there..

There is an animal shelter tgat gives away cats and dogs n Saturdays, but you'd have to coordinate with the shelter...

I don't believe so, haven't seen it so I doubt it.

I have seen people outside the mall giving away cats and dogs.

On weekend they have a animal thing I'm not sure what it is but I see all kinds of animals in the mall I don't see why not as long as it will not get loose
