2-4 weeks depending on the time of year...to have the most options. They have seatings about every 1.5 hrs
Well sometimes as holidays go they maybe a littler busier. But I called that day and made reservations it's just timing is the planning call Early you get a better time reservation call late they'll take you as a reservation, :-)
Call with date(s) that work for you and have a calender nearby. Never know til you try.
My cousin has always made the reservations. Since we live across the state she let's us know more than 6 months in advance. Maybe someone that lives close has a more hopeful answer! I know you give them a call and they are very friendly.
