I visited this restaurant tonight and the customer service was terrible there was no cabbage,macaroni sweet potato and the manager dancing with the coworkers this was the worse service ever
Do they take call in orders
Good food(especially calaloo) but bad customer service. Our waitress was friendly and helpful but could tell that the management trained her poorly. The hostess was a horrible greeter. Definitely would not be going back!
Why are the wait times soooooo long??? Even when you call in 45 mins. to an hr. ahead of time, you get there and have to wait another 30 mins. for your food. By this time your food is cold! Very very poor management

TERRIBLE SERVICE.. food ok but totally not worth the long wait and terrible attitudes from the employees. The LEAST y’all can do is greet the customers when they walk in, a simple “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way.
Do they do catering for parties?
