All of our pastries are vegan, so dairy and egg free. We always have a chocolate chip cookie that is vegan and gluten free. Often we do have another pastry that is gluten free.
You have to check the display case, but they do make them.
I highly recommend checking out the desert case at Morning Glory every visit. If it doesnt impress you then try Sweet Life Patisserie. They might have something. If that doesnt impress you, you're too damn picky and should go home and cook for yourself.
I went here specifically when i was on a strict paleo diet. They had bread i could eat and it still had a nice soft, sweet texture kind of like a brownie. Delicious!
