I recently moved from another state and need to renew my tags and get oregon plates. What is required to do this?

I just drove up there April 8th and the sign right out front says you need an appointment and it's a line of people. Last year when I went there I was in and out of there this year covid

You have to bring the vehicle with you to verify the VIN #. Bring title, registration, proof of insurance, a utility bill or other proof of residence and about 300 dollars.
