The store except returns if you have receipt. I always keep the receipt untill I know for sure that I am leaving it for myself
Maybe original box and receipt?? I always tend to get protection plans if they offer them. It's usually better.
I had to return a shirt that was too small to exchange for bigger. No exchange. You get you money back when turning in and cash back. Even though ordered online. Got the cash back for shirt and went to the other shirts and found a bigger shirt similar. I did have my receipt with me.
It's the same as it has been pre covid. And with the receipt cash back without a receipt in store credit. I have not had issues returning anything
