No they will not give free car wash if it rains. They do have buy 2 get one free.

No they do not or for about 8 to 9 months out of the year they would be doing a two-fer almost every time anywhere around Portland welcome to rain😉

They will, however, run it through A second time if All the gunk doesnt cone off the first pass at no extra charge
