No. They will conduct a walk around safety check of the vehicle and if anything is not working properly (turn signals, lights, deployed airbag) they will not go ahead with the test.
Why is your airbag deployed? Better look into getting that fixed before you attempt a drive test. Any auto shop should help you with that.
