Arrived without an appointment on a Tuesday at 2:45 PM. Waited for exactly 1 hr for my number to be called and my out of state title transfer took 10 minutes. The employee was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience. They just need more help to reduce wait times. Oh, and there is not WI-FI there, just as a heads up.

I came as a walk in and got in line 20 minutes before they opened, once they opened it only took me 15 minutes to check in and two hours total to get what I needed done. The person that helped me was very nice. I didn’t mind the wait time since I came as a walk-in.

The manager or lady in charge is a complete wretch and will do anything to keep you from completing the task you’ve come in for Even if you have all of the correct items she will go out of her way to keep you from your goal and WILL NOT listen to you… Only when she involves others to try to make her point will she listen to her co workers then back pedal After 3 hrs I was pasted off to someone else who then told me they would call me back and never did Horrible place

staffs are working hard but still lack of efficiency, I think it improves from last time I came (2-3 years ago). A few days ago I took my daughter to DMV written test, pre-set appointment, but the guest in front of me took the counter for 15-20 minutes and no other staffs open another window to help me. I think DMV has worked to make wait time get better, but they can do better job. So I would give the fair rating.
