I'd suggest calling sometime in the morning or early afternoon (usually when the business management, perhaps even the owner of that particular location is there) during the week. That's ridiculous to have that kind of "service". I mean yeah, it's McDonald's, but you shouldn't have your money wasted and time wasted on shoddy service.
Yep, I've lived in the community 22 years now, and I only rarely go to this McDonalds (or any actually) because they get my order right less than 50% of the time. It is a real problem for these folks for some reason, clearly management just doesn't care. I've never bothered to call or talk to a manager though, I've just come to expect it, and since it obviously is not an individual and continues to be a problem throughout their staffing, this says management doesn't have any quality control and is not implementing training correctly. So, even though they hand things to you in the drive through and close the window quickly, pause a moment and open everything up and verify they got it right.
I'm not gonna go that far into my day and time to keep complaining. I just hope this gets back to the right people and a focus on accuracy is implemented. The first time it happened I thought this happens I'm in a hurry and don't care. Then the next day I was like ok this is annoying bit went about my day again. The third day in a row and I'm thinking there's a problem here and my phone just happened to ask me of my opinion. So they got it..... I hope.
