Yes ,I would recommend that you walk both directions to get a good view because there are different depths and mildness of the flow of water there . It is well used by many to keep cool on hot days
Yes, you can but there are no lifeguards on duty. A teenager just recently drowned there, so you swim at your own risk. Honestly, I would find a safer (and cleaner) place to swim.
