Yes, they are open Mon-Fri 3-10 and Sat-Sun 12-10. We're sorry if you are having trouble getting through. Since the switch to limited seating, and heavily increased takeout orders, phone lines can get very busy and we appreciate your patience. Walk-ins are also welcomed to place an order directly at the restaurant.
We took take out but we went there in person so i can't help you if their not answering. Make sure that it is open since they open late
