Do you guys have a starting rate on tattoos? Or can I come in with a drawing (for reference) and you guys would charge based on size and color?

All shops usually have a base pay. But everything depends on size, color, and placement.

Yes I would suggest going in with what you want and they can give you a price. They want cash though and you get 1free touch up if needed
