Employees doing nothing but play on the phone while you are waiting for the order.Once the employees decide to take care of you give you bad attitude. Unbelievable. Where are the managers?, the inspectors? The brand supervisors?? Terrible.

All McDonalds employees have really bad attitudes, no customer service, your order never right. I don't know who owns them but they need to drive by their business and really take a look at how they are doing. The managers are just as worse ad the employees.

@ Lorese, as an employee whom used to work at McDonalds --- Not ALL have a bad attitude. McDonalds can be a hit or miss. This depends on the location and where you're going. @Pili, I agree with you but as this point, it seems like the managers don't care so it must be brought up to Corp.
