It was not muddy last night. And yes off leash so your fur friend can run and play!
Yes it is a closed off area. There are two of them: one for 5 -30 pound dogs and another for 30 pound dog and above.
There are 2 areas closed off so you can take your dog off the leash. 1 for small dogs and the other for big dogs. Not sure if it is muddy.
