I didn't find it overly noisy. But if you're trying to avoid noise, stay away from Buffalo Wild Wings.
Not loud at all where we were sitting. And that was from 5 to 8pm on a Thursday evening, so not too busy, but plenty of diners coming and going, including families with kids. Don't recall ever hearing music or boisterous activity. Any restaurant usually depends on the patrons, unless they've got music playing to loud, or something like that. .

Noise level is about the same as liberty. The noise didn't bother us it's great place if you have kids.
