Went there yesterday asked for onion rings, the Latino lady taking my order said"we don't have onion rings". When they got my food ready i went to the counter to get it and there by the frier were fries and onion rings. I said you have onion rings. She replied those were for special orders. I'm not going to argue with a liar. i won't ever go there again and seeing how i live close i will encourage others not to also. Sent a email to the corporate folks about the incident. I doubt anything will happen.

I don't get take out often, and even more rarely do I visit a Burger King. Today, I ordered a cheeseburger, nothing else. What do I get? Something that I bite into and feel something hard in. I don't know what it was but it was white. WHITE and hard! On top of that, the burger had a dried up texture...the edges were hard and the overall feel was that it was an old burger. I'm like...really? Two bites in and I spit out what was in my mouth and threw it all away. I asked for one item, and in my mind I imagine they gave me a burger from the day before that fell on the floor, or something. Never again with this Burger King. NEVER AGAIN.

Night crew rarely answers the drive thru speaker. It says they are open 24 hours and there is a white escalade and another silver car with all the lights on and no one is responding to us in the drive thru. I drove an extra 15 minutes so I could eat here cause the business is open 24 hours, which the business confirmed on Google, but the drive thru speaker is announcement is saying they are closed. Unfreaking real. I wasted all this gas for what. Might want to update your hours Burger King..... Feel like you guys owe me a free meal or something for having to drive all over the place to find out your restaurant was closed
