They have milk alternatives consistently, but their menu does change every now and then. The last time I visited, they actually had vegan pancakes! They were outstanding. You'll have to ask if they currently have any vegan items, though, due to the menu changing.
They have coconut, soy, and I believe almond milk to substitute in your coffee. As far as bakery items go, they apparently change the menu frequently so you'd have to ask for vegan items when you're there
