They do change the menu regularly, but there is often a small selection of baked goods or food items that are made without wheat. Always feel free to ask a manager for help walking through menu items when you are needing accommodation for any kind of dietary restrictions. They do prepare everything in a shared space where fresh wheat is milled on site, so it's not recommended that people with severe gluten allergies or Celiac disease eat any of those items. Nothing made on site there is technically gluten free, just wheat free and possibly very safe for those who know their own limits and make an informed decision.
They change their menu with some regularity, so you may want to call ahead and see what they have the day you plan to visit.
The employees love to talk about their selection of gluten-friendly pastries and bread. It’s all in the way they slow rise some of their products.

They had them available when i visited last
