will be better if you go there most of the time they don't answer or they don't keep track of the stuff they sell
I live close and go there often. A preliminary call to make sure they have the vehicle is a good idea usually but the last time i needed something, their online inventory told me they had 3 vehicles with the part i needed and when i arrived they told me they had no vehicles that had the part. I told them about the online inventory saying otherwise but they were not really concerned about the error, said "yeah it happens all the time", they were not concerned about the time and effort i wasted coming there, or the loss of business. I left irritated by the poor customer service and won't go back unless they are the last and final option for a part needed in future. And what previous reviewers have said about them only knowing they have the vehicle and not knowing what parts are already removed from vehicle is true but that's pretty common with all used parts yards except the ones that pull the parts and sell them after they have been removed.
When I went there, they located the vehicle and the parts on their database. We had to pull the parts, and pay @ the checkout, and put'm in the car. Hope you have good luck.
Incorrect, they Have a computer database & do answer phones. I was their last month as they directed me to 2 prius
Keep on your butt sitting in the chair and call them. They will tell you if they have it or not. Or they will tell you what parts will interchange with it. Most of the time it pays just to go out and look for yourself. Because they don't know what they have. The vehicle comes in. And people start picking parts off of it. They don't have a catalog for what people take off of the vehicles. But if you call them. They may be able to check if they're not busy.
they might have it you would have to go down there or call and ask
