These guys have done nothing but screw around with me, my insurance company and my car. They are understaffed and unprofessional. They have cost my insurance an additional $500 this week alone in tow and storage fees. This company is a joke, their leadership does not care about the process or I imagine their employees. They do nothing but try and milk the system for as much free money as they possibly can while elongating the interaction with insurance and wasting my time trying to coordinate drop off. Do business with this company if you like headaches and unnecessary expenses. That’s all they deal in here!!

Worse iaai branch i went to.i take a bus 2hours to get there top pickup a car i bought,they have a policy about safety you have to wear one ebfore they can serve you.i beg them to let me use their vaste or let me get my car for time.they denied me..the agent told me to take a uber and go buy a vaste before they can serve me..i will never buy from there agin..they also racist

Garbage customer service. They don't care about the customers and the attitude is nasty. The wait is very long. They STILL make you wear face masks without providing them. I would try to avoid this place if I where you!
