If the weather is bad I would call first. But normally just walk in and get the tickets. You may have to wait a little for the next tour to start but it's definitely worth it.
You could call and check to see what time the next tour starts...takes about 45 minutes. But they have a super cool gift shop if you happen to miss the next tour and want to wait! Have fun!
