No, it isn't. I was just there not long ago, and the gentleman that was our tour guide told us that the new area would cost millions of dollars to develop and that the owner doesn't currently have the funding to do so. But they do offer a special expedition where you can visit it with the aid of trained climbers, due to the narrowness of the current situation. Hope this helps!
