The camping area is at the take out for the canoes. We didnt spend the night camping there as we did the overnight canoe trip but it looked like a nice area to camp in. The water is slow moving so its a safe canoe trip for young chidlren if you find yourself interested in it. We got caught in a heavy storm but had just set up camp and finished supper wheb it hit. Our tent leaked and we stuffed 7 people in a 4 man tent because we hadnt set up tarps over the hammock tents. But we all had a blast and plan on doing it again. The owners family works as with him and his dad tried to call and check on us whenb the storm hit. Very friendly folks youll enjoy camping or canoeing there.
We do let you camp and you don’t have to canoe/kayak. $5.00 per person per night. Call in advance as our season is coming to a close. October is our last month to be open and some years we have closed in mid month due to weather and/or river conditions
Yes you can camp
