Call the restaurant and ask. Food is great
They will do broiled catfish, and the Cole slaw and a couple other sides are gluten free. There is risk of cross contamination with their fryers, so I wouldn't risk anything fried. They are very knowledgable, so just let your server know.

Both post are good advice. Most people that fri catfish will use some flour to help the corn meal stick better.
Tastes like just cornmeal to me, but I didn't ask for the recipe. I'd call them.
