After purchasing a new vehicle I wasn’t sure when the last time the oil was changed. I went by my local Take 5 for a oil change and Dexter and the rest of the team were very informative about how I wasn’t due for an oil change just yet. Instead of completing the service I requested and charging me for it, they were honest and informative about the situation at hand. That is why they will continue to get my business. They were efficient and friendly, but watch the extra charges. $13.50 for another quart of oil? I also asked for the cheapest oil but got the next level up - another $20. Oil change and air filter was $123 on a Toyota Minivan -crazy.

I got there and my tech guy was currently with a customer but he immediately came to greet me and asked me to pull in the bay and he would be back shortly. My tech was Dexter. He was very courteous, fast, clear on instructions and everything they performed, friendly and punctual. The pit guy even came to ask if I had been helped again yet. I will definitely return. Great friendly service provider for the community.
