I've had to write up this McDonald's due to employees sleeping on the job, couldn't get meals at 5 and 6 am when it was 24hrs. Not answering phones.

I would notify McDonald's Headquarters and let them know what's transpired. They will get rid of that cashier and give you a free meal on them.
