On a normal day, I can walk straight up to the counter, order, and have my food in 30 seconds. On a convention day, I can place a mobile order and still have to wait 50 MINUTES to get my food. However, I don't blame the employees here, who are all lovely people. It's the hordes of annoying a$$ and b*tchy convention-goers who are constantly flooding Peachtree Center, overwhelming every restaurant in the Hub, then B*TCH!NG at these poor employees over "slow service." So, yeah, wait times are pretty hit or miss, but it's not the restaurant's fault. Leave these poor employees alone. They're doing their best.

May I simply say that this establishment provided me the best service possible. A worker named Lauren made sure to get my food to me in a timely manner that is faster than I could have ever thought. She quite literally went to the back and made the food herself and hand delivered it to me to make sure I got it in time. I was leaving the parking lot when she had realized I forgot some sauces. She ran faster than light and chased me down the highway to give me my sauces. I do not know how she was matching the speed of a Tesla going 65+, but somehow she did. Not only did she deliver my sauces when I had forgotten them, but she also changed my tire while the car was moving! I do not know how she managed it. But she did. Absolutely great service provided by Lauren.

The staff was really friendly, waiting time was bare minimum and the food is excellent as always. Unfortunatly because this branch located in a mall, the opening hours are a bit short towards the end but that's OK, if the staff is such hard working, they deserve to go home earlier. An other happy customer.
