I always use the mobile app. I’m sure the restaurant probably gets a lot of push back because the line is always long and the inside is never open but when you have minimal employees, they have to do what they have to do. Every time I go here, the food is always fresh and hot and they never get my order wrong. They are definitely my go to on my lunch break.

I love Wendy's frosty (thou I can make them myself now, anybody want the recipe just ask🙂) Now that they all serve breakfast I prefer theirs over Mac Donald's and I don't usually have a complaint. I got there yesterday morning around 9am and she tells me the system is down, she didn't know when it would be back up, and oh yeah, the breakfast sandwiches were free both fri and sat which I didn't know at the time. I decided to wait in the parking lot because I was fixated on a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a cup of coffee. As I sat there watching cars come in and get the same info as me, and back out again around 9:50am I decided I would leave and go to MacDonald's. Their line was long unfortunately I decided to go in, of course their frappe machine was down. Multiple people including one of the frontline workers were without mask, I was just glad to get out of there. As I was driving back by Wendy's I noticed a line of cars so I swung in and got in line. When it was my time to order I was told the sandwich was free, it took an ordeal but I got my sandwich plus the delicious potato wedges and all is good in the neighborhood...🌞 🙂. Saturday July 2, 2022 Thanks Wendy's but no thanks you could have kept the ketchup I would have settled for hot potatoes wedges hell even warm wedges. For this one I give 3☆s

This is a solid Wendy’s don’t get me wrong. But with the closed diners all customers have to use the drive thru. And I’ve order here at multiple times during the day but the lines seem to all ways be slow. I believe that there should be more staffing or expansion of the kitchen to meet the drive thru needs. But if you choose to come here you will get that Wendy loving but it will take a while for you to do so.

Just paid $13 for 6 plain croissants and 2 orders seasoned fries. I was tild there was no was too have 🍯 honey butter in the side and to was to just charge me for thr croissants only... However we do this at other locations never an issue.
