Not a question, we went there today for the first time, it wasn't packed, had to wait 55 minutes to get our food and the food wasn't good at all.

They can get a little slow around noon time being busy, but the food is always good!

I eat there a lot and always gotten quick service and great food. I can't believe that happened to you. You need to give them another chance

I eat at Sues three or four times a year starting about 8 years ago. I travel from Atlanta to North Carolina to visit family. Sues is about the half way point. I've never had a bad meal there.

We went last Saturday evening. We were waited on quickly and our food came out quick. Wonder if you were there for shift change? ..... although that shouldn't be an excuse.

Hmm that doesn't sound like Sue's food is awesome and if not busy no wait!
